## Job description

岗位职责 1．为分行一线人员提供银行保险产品培训、销售技巧辅导、实战演练及销售支持，提升理财经理的银行保险销售技能； 2．组织、策划、推动银行保险类产品营销活动； 3．发挥综合金融优势，协助理财经理为重点客户提供综合化的银行保险产品配置方案，并陪同面谈，促成签约。

### 任职资格 1．本科及以上学历； 2．金融业营销经验3年以上，过往业绩表现良好； 3．熟悉营销流程和保险产品，有一线销售经验，服务营销能力强，持有AFP、CFP等理财专业证照者优先； 4．素质要求

积极进取、抗压力强、系统思维、目标导向、沟通影响力；激励、培养和领导能力；纪律及合规意识强。
