## Job description

岗位职责
- 根据人才规划要求，主导事业部干部及人才梯队建设，组织进行人才盘点、人才测评，有序完成关键岗位人才识别，潜才选拔、考察、评价工作。
- 开展内外部标杆组织及方法论研究，制定关键岗位人才职业发展计划，并推动人才管理机制探索研究及工具迭代。
- 执行潜才培养项目，并对培训和项目做效果评估与复盘总结，不断优化培训体验与培训效果。
- 了解部门各方向的问题及需求，提供人才发展相关建议或解决方案。
- 领导交办的其他人才发展相关事项，包括但不限于内部人力资源跨模块项目等。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，人力资源、心理学、行政管理相关领域优先。
- 性格开朗、外向，人际敏感，乐与人沟通交流。
- 有2年以上人才发展、干部管理、培训或HRBP相关工作经验，金融同业、大型企业经历优先。
- 能够独立负责并制定学习发展项目，并且有相应推动落地的项目经验。
- 有较强的学习意愿和自我认知、沟通表达及团队合作能力较好，能够不断学习和在工作中尝试新方法新知识，自我驱动。
