## Job description

岗位职责
- 独立完成交易询价和交易，覆盖资金、现券、衍生品等品种；
- 拓展终端交易对手，优化交易效率与成本；
- 完成交易数据的整理、汇总和统计，协助撰写有关材料；
- 负责债券市场研究，设计并执行交易策略，提升交易收益。 任职资格
- 硕士及以上学历，金融工程、经济、金融、计量、数学、计算机等相关专业优先；
- 具有1-2年银行、基金、券商、保险等固收相关交易工作经验；
- 能熟练使用Python、SQL、AI工具等语言和工具；
- 具备优秀的学习能力、良好的沟通表达能力及人际交往能力，富有团队协作精神，做事态度严谨认真；能适应高强度、多线程的工作要求；
- 具有证券从业资格、基金从业资格、银行间本币交易员资格者优先。
