## Job description

岗位职责
- 完成分公司日常定、调薪工作，每月按时准确发薪；
- 根据总部制度要求及方案，制定分公司奖金、调薪分配方案；
- 按照当地法律政策办理五险一金开户、缴纳、调基等工作；
- 解答员工薪酬福利相关咨询，为员工办理相关证件；
- 关键岗位招聘 任职资格 1.本科以上学历，有1-3年人事管理岗工作经验，
