## Job description

岗位职责
- 协助广大小微型企业主、个体工商户、普通工薪阶层获得专业借款服务，降低小微企业融资成本，强化金融服务实体经济能力；
- 负责本组的合规工作，执行公司各项规章制度；
- 制定及完成个人计划，并做好指标的检视工作；
- 参加新人培训班，全面了解公司文化及产品知识，在岗位中平稳快速的发展提升。 任职资格 1、大专以上学历，有1-3年工作经验，21-40岁以下， 2、热爱销售岗位，有激情，有能力，能够通过个人努力，实现收入和成长双发展的年轻人。
