- 大专及以上学历
- 金融从业经历，营销工作经验优先，有客户资源者优先
- 具有丰富的信贷知识、营销知识
- 较强的市场开拓能力、丰富的客户资源、良好的沟通能力 任职资格
- 大专以上学历，有1-3年咨询顾问-梅州二组工作经验，
- 具备领悟融会、动手实战、沟通协作、商敏直觉的能力。
- 具备责任担当、勤奋努力，抗压耐力、危机意识的性格。
