## Job description

岗位职责
- 全面主持支行日常经营管理工作，负责组织推动支行公司、零售等各项业务营销工作，落实分行对支行的业务考核计划，完成各项业务指标；
- 按照分行制定的业务营销方向和拓展思路，根据辖区特点，创造性地拓展各项银行业务，努力打造符合支行区域特点的营销管理模式；
- 对业务内容进行控制和把关，保证各项业务按照监管部门及上级单位的规章制度执行，支行业务平稳发展，防范各项风险；
- 负责支行人员管理，落实分行各项管理制度及管理办法，并负责支行人才培养及企业文化建设等工作；
- 完成分行及条线分配的其他工作任务。 任职资格
- 大学本科及以上学历；
- 具有8年及以上银行从业经验，其中3年及以上支行管理经验，熟悉支行运营中常见的金融法规政策和操作流程；
- 具备较强的决策判断能力、经营管理能力、沟通协调能力和风险防范能力，以及处理复杂问题和应对突发事件的能力；
- 熟悉本地区市场环境，具有丰富的客户资源，具备对公业务经验，熟悉对公业务产品和经营重点，同时，对零售和运营等业务有一定了解；
- 遵纪守法、品行端正，无严重违规违纪及不良从业记录。
