## Job description

岗位职责
- 建立健全各项资金管理制度，负责资金流动性及风险管理，确保各项资金风险管控、资金管理工作符合制度要求；
- 负责公司各项资金规划的筹融资、资本及筹融资管理工作，确保资本计划和执行符合集团要求；
- 公司全系统资金计划管理、限额管理，并对资金管理进行监控、现场检查与考核；
- 分析和测算各项财务指标，撰写公司资金管理专项分析报告，提出并实施公司资金管理工作改进建议；
- 配合集团及公司的重点项目工作。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历 2、3年以上工作经验 3、熟悉医疗及医院预算编制工作流程，具有注册会计师、ACCA资格优先考虑 4、具有优秀的组织规划、日常管理、检视分析及解决问题能力
