## Job description

岗位职责

### 搭建集团管理体系
- 研究和熟悉保险集团并表监管、子公司管理、特有风险管理等监管规则，设计和制定集团层面相关管理框架和配套制度等。

### 督导成员公司管理
- 落实成员公司分类分级管理，压实成员公司管理主体责任，实施穿透式管控。

### 风险监控和报告
- 协调推动建立保险集团成员公司管理、集团特有风险管理等监测机制，定期制定相关管理报告。

### 薄弱环节识别和整改
- 统筹推动识别保险集团成员公司管理、特有风险管理的薄弱环节和风险隐患，重点聚焦公司治理合规等，督导成员公司自查自纠，并协调推动风险整改。
- 团队及部门领导交办的其他工作事项。 任职资格
- 大学本科及以上学历，金融、经济、会计等相关专业，三年以上金融行业经验，具有监管合规、风险管理或金融集团管控岗位经验。
- 熟悉保险、银行、投资等业态监管规则，熟悉保险集团监管核心要求。
- 具有较强的项目管理和执行能力，能独立处理复杂工作；沟通协调能力突出，能有效统筹推动工作开展。
- 有金融机构或金融控股公司经验、金融行业咨询公司经验，持有FRM、CPA、CFA等专业资格者优先。
