## Job description

岗位职责
- 拓展维护新老客户，挖掘分析客户需求，为企业客户提供合理化员工福利方案建议，帮助企业健全员工福利体系
- 挖掘客户需求包括企业年金、补充医疗、高端医疗等，提供相关咨询服务
- 对企业客户实施拜访、方案设计、报价管理与后续服务等工作
- 依托平安集团综合金融平台优势，为企业提供全面的金融咨询与服务 任职资格 1.本科学历 2.0-3年相关工作经验 3.具备较强的业务拓展能力，良好的沟通谈判及团队协作精神
