## Job description

岗位职责 (1) 规划建设医疗 AI 知识底座，完成疾病、药品、诊疗路径等医疗知识采集、清洗、结构化加工与外部知识库接入。 (2) 完整搭建 RAG 流水线，负责文档切片、向量化、检索、重排全链路开发与调优。 (3) 运维 Milvus、Elasticsearch 检索引擎，建立知识元数据、版本、质量管控机制，优化知识库问答召回效果。 (4) 搭建 RAG 评测体系，输出 Agent 可消费的结构化知识，为智能体、Skills 团队提供知识能力支撑。 任职资格 (1) 本科计算机 / NLP 相关专业， (2) 2 年以上 RAG、NLP 或知识库项目经验；熟练 Python，熟悉向量检索、混合搜索、Rerank 与 RAG 优化手段； (3) 掌握至少一种检索存储组件，具备知识建模与工程实现能力，学习及抗压能力良好。
