## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责部门数据治理框架的设计与实施，利用系统工具搭建智能化数据看板，提升数据可视化能力，为业务决策提供数据支持；
- 运用系统工具进行数据提取、挖掘与分析，深入洞察业务瓶颈，提出切实可行的优化方案，助力业务效率提升；
- 设计并优化数据清洗规则，提升数据准确性与可用性，抓取并分析异常数据，确保数据质量符合业务需求；
- 牵头建立数据风险预警与指标监控机制，识别各类欺诈风险及结算风险，为业务安全保驾护航；
- 定期独立输出投产、品质分析报告，向管理层汇报品控管理进展，为公司战略决策提供数据支持；
- 完成公司或部门交办的其他相关工作； 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，研究生优先，
- 计算机、统计学、数学等专业优先；
- 拥有5年以上企划、战发、数据管理、风控管理等相关岗位经验，有保险公司或医疗健康行业相关经验优先；
- 擅长AI应用，了解SQL/Python，熟练使用BI工具，可熟练使用EXCEL、PPT；
- 熟悉数据治理框架，具备数据标准制定及异常根因分析能力；
