## Job description

岗位职责
- 对车险及意健险人伤案件进行未决追踪管理、受理咨询、调解协谈、撰写协谈报告等；
- 进行医疗理赔案件审核，出具审核清单；
- 进行人伤案件诉讼、仲裁工作；
- 进行人伤案件申诉申请、沟通等工作；
- 完成本部门安排的其他任务。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，有1-3年医疗理赔从业经验；
- 有良好的沟通能力及语言表达能力，积极的工作态度，高度的责任心，持有C1或以上驾驶证者优先；
- 具有杰出的执行力，具有丰富的专业知识储备，具有一定的领悟、规划策划、分析并解决问题能力；
- 一定的沟通协作、担当精神，一定的结果导向型思维，跟踪到底，不遗漏，踏实认真完成本职工作，一定的抗压耐力；
- 医学或法律相关专业，工作地点为铜梁区或潼南区。
