## Job description

岗位职责
- 协助制定年度招聘计划，参与校园招聘和社会招聘的全流程执行
- 协助设计新员工入职培训方案，组织实施岗前培训计划
- 负责员工入转调离全流程服务，确保手续合规高效
- 协助完成月度考勤统计和薪资核算工作 任职资格 1、2026届本科/硕士毕业生，数统、法学、新闻传播学类、人力资源类等相关专业优先； 2、良好的沟通能力、协作能力、学习能力和专业水平； 3、取得自身专业相关的资格证书优先； 4、有知名企业实习经验者优先。
