## Job description

岗位职责
- 对本支行的AUM、存款、客户数、营收负责，根据支行特点，制定达成业务目标的具体工作计划；
- 统筹好柜员、理财服务经理各项工作，提供基础服务、引导线上化；
- 与理财经理共同营销、维护高净值客户。做好支行人员考勤管理日常监督；
- 需做好渠道沟通，维护渠道关系，推动理财服务经理协助渠道服务客户，辅导下属提升产能;
- 通过有效的日常活动量管理与辅导训练，带领团队成员完成团队业务发展目标。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历，金融学等相关专业优先； 2、5-10年相关工作经验； 3、具备基金从业资格证证书； 4、具有杰出的领悟、规划能力，具有优秀的动手实战、创新能力，对市场趋势具有优秀的敏感度，具有较强的目标感及经营管理能力。 5、具备丰富的高端客户经营维护基础和带团队经验，且原单位表现和业绩突出者优先考虑； 6、具有良好的职业道德操守，合规意识强，无不良从业记录。
