## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责开发新客户，维护现有客户关系，确保客户满意度;
- 制定并执行销售计划，完成团队和个人销售目标;
- 分析市场动态，制定有效的销售策略; 任职资格

### 学历
- 全 日 制大专（可适当放宽），非应届生；

### 年龄
- 32及以下；
- 具备直接销售经验，熟悉客户开发与维护流程;
- 具备良好的客户管理能力，能够独立处理客户问题;
- 具备良好的沟通能力，能够与客户建立良好的合作关系;
- 具备目标导向能力，能够制定并执行销售计划以达成目标。
