## Job description

岗位职责
- 开展企业年金业务的客户开拓及服务工作
- 开展企业健康委托管理类业务的客户开拓及服务工作
- 跟踪政策动态及行业趋势，进行市场分析，识别新业务机会，持续拓展客户资源
- 公司交办的其他工作 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，金融、经济、工商管理、市场营销类专业，22-40周岁
- 通过基金从业资格考试或证券从业资格考试
- 有明确的企业年金业务或企业健康委托管理类业务储备客户
- 具备B端客户资源开发、关系经营、方案谈判能力
- 具备强工作责任心、快速学习能力及团队合作精神
- 具备高情商、高逆商、高亲和力及良好的沟通表达能力
- 有对公销售经验及大客户开发维护经验者优先
