## Job description

岗位职责
- 规划与组织随身易渠道的保费计划和人力计划的完成，对各项指标达成负责；
- 所辖业务分部的人员管理和销售支持，有效提升各岗位协理的工作能力；
- 以团长为核心的代理人管理条线经营，培养代理人队伍的管理与自主经营能力；
- 医健模式探索，结合HMC、红人矩阵增速提效，为人力与业务发展赋能；
- 主动寻找符合随身易平台发展需求的代理人团长，进行洽谈及跟进，促成引进；
- 合规与反洗钱、消保相关工作落实管理。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历； 2、5年及以上保险销售管理相关工作经验；具备互联网思维和私域运营经验的优先； 3、擅长人际沟通，具备一定的辅导培训及市场策划能力，有较强的沟通协调和业务推动能力。
