## Job description

岗位职责
- 业务推动,业务政策宣导及咨询，日常业绩、各类方案追踪；重点、绩优营销员经营；续保追踪。
- 产品咨询支持、行销辅助品支持、陪同展业支持。
- 产品、理赔等相关部门的沟通协调，相关疑难问题处理服务支持,各层级微信群市场动态、热点、线索发布，相关问题解答。
- 对重点营销员日常培训辅导,知识辅导、训练；新晋推动专员财意产品特训；低产能推动专员访谈、专项提升。 任职资格
- 全日制大学本科学历及以上学历，专业不限，金融管理、保险学、经济学、数学、统计、等相关专业优先，知名一本院校毕业优先；
- 具有互联网创新思维，有一定的平台运营、活动策划能力；
- 具有较强的学习能力及严密的逻辑思维，能快速掌握新知识、新技能；
- 具有较好的口才、较强的团队协作意识及跨部门沟通协调能力；
- 具备渠道管理、销售推动，产品核保，团体渠道业务拓展等相关工作经验者优先；
