## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责媒体广告 API 打通、统一数据回流、多渠道投放归因体系搭建，设计漏斗分析、素材效果、人群质量、ROI 监控等数据分析产品，支撑投放复盘与 A/B 测试。
- 结合金融保险广告监管与媒体平台规则，搭建素材合规审核、内容管理相关产品；探索 AI 素材工具、自动化投放策略能力落地。
- 联动研发、算法、合规、投放团队推进需求全生命周期管理，上线后收集一线反馈持续迭代，沉淀标准化投放产品能力。
- 持续跟进各大广告平台新能力、行业竞品方案，输出产品创新规划，打通公域投放到私域转化闭环。 任职资格
- 本科及以上，1-3 年商业化 / 广告投放 B 端产品经验，有巨量、腾讯广告、聚光平台相关产品落地经验；有金融、保险效果广告经验优先。
- 熟悉效果广告基础逻辑（oCPC/oCPM、人群定向、线索归因），可独立输出原型、PRD，具备基础数据分析能力。
- 懂投放业务流程，能够和投手、运营高效协同，精准识别真实业务痛点；了解金融广告合规要求优先。
- 优秀跨团队项目推进能力，目标导向，能适应投放业务快速迭代节奏。

### 加分项

具备投放实操认知、RTA / 广告中台建设经验、AI 广告工具产品经验。
