## Job description

岗位职责
- 推动策略落地网点/权益推动/竞赛激励方案推动/业务指标追踪等，整合各方资源助力网点达成银保中收；
- 网点客户经理活动量管理/客户盘点/线索盘点跟进/商机推动/电访面访推动等；
- 策划和实施网点银保主题沙龙活动，沙龙主讲；
- 产品+权益培训/政策解读/银保销售技能日常辅导、训练；
- 提供赋能客户经理为目标前提的陪访。 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，在金融、金融-银行行业，有1-3年工作经验。
- 具备业务发展与规划能力，具备良好的销售意识和能力。
- 熟悉营销与销售技能-，良好维护客户关系。
