## Job description

### 岗位职责 平安人寿“星海计划”

打造一支高素质、高收入、高品质的员工制保险销售队伍 ，通过系统化培养、数字化赋能及长效发展机制，赋予星海顾问“金融顾问、家庭医生、养老管家”三专价值传递者的身份定位， 确保服务全程规范、诚信、可持续 ，向客户传递“省心、省事、又省钱”的服务体验，做客户的终身服务伙伴。

### 团队成员管理
- 负责下辖组内星海顾问的管理、培训、辅导等;

### 团队业务平台运作
- 承接总、分公司相关政策，制定团队业务计划，并推动计划达成；

### 团队协作与培训
- 与团队顾问紧密合作，共同推动个人及团队发展；同时，参与内部培训，不断提升自身的专业素养和服务能力。 任职资格
- 金融-保险行业，30-45岁，
- 拥有8年到20年工作经验优先；
- 本科及以上学历优先，有金融行业销售经验及团队管理经验优先；

### 专业技能
- 丰富的组织管理经验，独立组织过大型客户活动，善于沟通协作，执行力强，且具有较强的管理能力；
- 责任心强，学习能力强，具备职业发展主动性或拥有自我驱动力。
