## Job description

岗位职责 1、按照银行贷后管理策略，对逾期客户使用电话、短信等渠道进行账务提醒和账款追缴，并根据客户实际要求做相应业务处理、政策协商； 2、对逾期账户的情况进行风险识别，及时反馈风险问题，为完善银行风险体系提供有力支持。 任职资格
- 专科及以上学历，本科优先，35周岁以下；
- 性格外向、表达顺畅，积极乐观、逻辑思维清晰；
- 专业不限，具有催收、客服、电销经验者优先；
- 能够接受电话催收工作性质及加班
