## Job description

岗位职责
- 准确提炼行业新需求、客户痛点，结合租赁业务特征，完成产品/模式的需求分析和定义;
- 负责产品/模式在全国范围内的推进及落地，对外面向所辖客群和金融机构，主要为城投平台、央国企、新能源/新基建厂商、投资运营商等，租赁公司、信托公司、证券公司、理财、银行投行部及保险资管等，对内面向风控信审条线，推动产品及新模式的项目落地，并有效复制推广至事业部；
- 产品开发及模式创新过程中协调各方资源，保证项目进度和品质;
- 按照绩效要求，完成部门下达的指标。 任职资格 1.本科及以上学历(金融、财会、经济专业）； 2.2年及以上工作经验，具备金融、财务等专业能力; 3.具备新能源、新基建方向的项目或产业经验优先； 4.能快速理解业务，具有较强的沟通能力、横向协同能力、逻辑思维能力以及项目推进能力; 5.出色的学习和适应能力，能够快速适应新的组织文化。
