## Job description

### 岗位职责 产品策略量化与决策支持

综合研判公司经营目标、客户需求、队伍产能、市场环境及监管政策等多维因素，构建产品策略评估模型；通过量化分析手段，深度评估产品策略实施效果，为产品策略制定及迭代优化提供数据驱动的决策依据。

### 数据平台搭建与体系优化

负责产品经营数据分析平台的规划、搭建及持续优化，为业务评估提供高效、准确的数据分析工具支持。

### 任职资格 教育背景

国内外重点院校统计、数学、计算机、保险精算等专业优先 熟练使用HiveSQL 、Python、Tableau等工具 有过数据挖掘，模型搭建实战经验者优先 逻辑思维严密，对数据敏感；有良好的数据挖掘和分析能力 工作细致，有责任心
