## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责管理团队，制定有效的业务计划，完成团队及个人业务指标，并通过督促与指导，不断提高团队业绩水平；
- 带领团队拓展渠道，维护与合作渠道、战略客户的关系；
- 初步审核个贷经理上报资料的完整性和真实性，提出初审意见；
- 落实合规和风险管理工作要求，确保业务合法合规。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 具备3年及以上银行信贷从业经历；
- 熟悉基本财务会计知识，具备基本的信贷、财务分析判断能力；
- 沟通及表达能力佳，具备较好的抗压能力。
