## Job description

岗位职责
- 统筹公司自营APP、小程序用户增长，负责投放拉新、增长活动设计、用户价值运营等工作；
- 策划拉新促活转化活动，制定投放策略，完成落地执行与效果复盘迭代；
- 搭建用户分层体系，进行差异化和精细化的用户运营；
- 通过数据分析拆解漏斗，定位问题，输出可落地的全链路优化策略；
- 联动产品技术，优化交易链路，提升业务成交规模。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，3‑5年互联网增长经验，保险及财富行业优先；
- 熟悉投放、活动、私域整套增长，有完整项目操盘经验；
- 熟练SQL/Excel，擅长数据拆解，以数据驱动业务优化；
- 有金融业务基础，具备金融合规意识，能开展线上运营工作；
- 结果导向抗压力强，可跨部门协同推进各类项目落地执行。
