## Job description

岗位职责
- 承接和维护支行分层经营的移交客户，保持客户资产规模并取得增长，增加营收、提高客户忠诚度，支行的贵宾理财经理应定期将钻石及以上客户移交给分行钻石客户经理和私行金融顾问经营；
- 通过MGM和自拓增加财富客户，促进潜力客户升级；以客户为中心，不断挖掘和满足客户需求，为客户提供个性化的投资建议和理财方案，实现客户财富的保值增值；全方面满足客户需求，开展交叉销售，以资产配置方式向客户销售银行和集团各子公司金融产品，促进客户升级；
- 积极配合和参与财富团队管理，提供合理化建议，保持积极向上的团队氛围；贯彻合规及风控制度要求，确保业务品质及合规；
- 领导交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，有1-3年理财经理工作经验，
- 具有较好的领悟、规划策划、分析并解决问题能力，沟通协作能力及执行力强，专业知识储备丰富。
- 持有基金从业资格证书。
- 有银行、证券、基金等金融行业从业经历，有一定销售技能、客户经营能力和财富管理理念。
- 具备良好的品行与职业操守，无金融行业违规违纪禁入情形。
