## Job description

岗位职责
- 配合完成医疗、生育保险相关的前台收件经办工作。
- 配合完成医疗、生育保险相关政策和业务咨询解释工作、前台自助业务办理的咨询及引导。
- 负责档案整理及现场应急处置以及与生育、医疗保险前台业务相关的一般信访工作、宣传工作。
- 配合完成以上前台经办业务范围内的其他工作。 任职资格
- 大专及以上学历,医学相关及经济、管理、会计、计算机、中文等专业优先。
- 党建经历或档案管理经验者优先，可不限专业，有社保，卫生部门/同业理赔、医疗支持、医保、合署办公经验或三年该行业工作经验者优先。
- 熟悉医保政策，熟练使用office软件。
