## Job description

岗位职责
- 全面负责团队各项管理和业务推动发展工作，制定及分配团队年度、季度、月度工作计划和实施，达成团队指标
- 负责团队增员计划，达成满编率，确保团队稳健发展；
- 负责咨询顾问的选拔、辅导、培养和考核，并辅导其管理能力提升；
- 负责重点潜才的挖潜与培养
- 落实执行公司各项政策和制度，负责营业部内各项合规工作，对《基本法》的宣导、执行及监督，防范各类风险
- 完成公司安排的其它事项 任职资格 1.大专及以上学历； 2.1-3年相关工作经验； 3.金融从业经历、营销工作经验者优先； 4.具有丰富的信贷知识； 5.较强的市场开拓能力、丰富的营销团队管理能力、良好的沟通能力。
