## Job description

岗位职责
- 业务推动与目标达成 负责机构的市场研判、销售目标追踪及经营检视，确保各项指标完成，并对异常数据进行预警和督导。
- 车险续保管理 重点抓好车险客户的续保工作，通过精细化管理提升续保率，稳固基本盘。
- 政策宣导与执行 负责向一线代理人及相关合作伙伴宣导最新公司政策，确保业务动作合规且高效落地。
- 多方协同与管理 兼顾代理人队伍的日常管理、客户关系维护以及与外部关联方的对接协调工作。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历，有一年及以上相关工作经验者优先 2、态度端正、勤学肯干、逻辑清晰、思维灵活
