## Job description

岗位职责

### 机制建设与优化
- 在总行合规消保管理部门的统一指引下，制定业务线合规消保管理制度及实施细则。

### 培训体系搭建
- 统筹常规与专题合规消保培训，编写案例、宣导落实监管新规，做好重要节点舆情管理。

### 预警与数据分析
- 按月排查风险交易及全员行为风险，基于投诉数据（含监管转办）输出分析报告，制定降诉策略，助力投诉压降。

### 风险排查整改
- 牵头监管、内控、营销行为及物料等问题自查，督办整改。 任职资格
- 本科+金融/法律背景，3-5年银行合规消保管理经验，熟悉远程银行业务及法规者优先；
- 精通消保案例分析与制度编写，擅用数据工具；
- 风险敏感度高，跨部门协作强，持相关证书优先；
- 持有银行从业资格，熟悉监管合规要求。
