## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责线上活跃场景建设，制定整体方案、组织目标达成
- 负责客户的生命周期经营，针对客户的不同状态和时点进行精细化运营，挖掘客户需求与痛点，提升客户活跃与留存
- 负责对客活动设计、需求澄清、需求迭代、风险管理、项目进度把控、数据监控及复盘等
- 负责线上运营数据，制定提升策略和执行计划
- 负责对接其他部门、分行需求，联动各方经营促动部门指标达成
- 完成上级交办的其他工作 任职资格

### 学历
- 本科及以上学历，金融、数据相关专业

### 资质/资历
- 有互联网线上运营经验优先，熟悉APP用户运营/流量策略/线上营销活动

### 经验
- 有创新思维及数据思维能力，较强沟通协调能力，逻辑清晰有复杂信息的处理能力

### 专业
- 有银行各类业务的基础认知，具备快速学习能力，具备优秀的职业判断、规划和执行能力，有责任心和团队合作意识
- 无严重违规违纪及不良从业记录。
