## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责对分行公司授信业务进行审查，完成授信评审报告，明确表达审查意见，报上级有权审批人决策;
- 结合分行实际及市场需求，组织区域授信政策、重点行业调研、市场调研工作的开展;
- 根据我行客户评级管理要求对经营单位提交的客户评级申请进行审核并按权限审批，保证客户评级审定工作的质量和效率;
- 负责公司授信相关培训工作;
- 完成总分行下达的各项任务指标;
- 完成行内安排的其它工作事项。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 具备3年以上大型国有商业银行或全国股份制银行公司业务审批经验；
- 熟悉银行各类信贷业务，具备较为丰富的公司业务风险管理经验；
- 熟悉与公司信贷有关的经济、金融、财务、法律法规理论与实务；
- 具有较强的授信风险敏感性和授信风险分析、识别能力；对客户经营及授信风险具备自己独立的判断能力；
- 具备良好的文字写作功底及逻辑分析能力，善于沟通，能承担较大的工作压力；
- 熟练掌握基本办公软件。
