## Job description

### 岗位职责 带领团队负责个贷、普惠资产业务推动，主要体现在
- 结合重庆商圈产业、商圈园区特色产业链，主导或参与设计符合本地客群需求的个性化、场景化信贷产品方案，推动个贷、普惠业务指标达成；
- 开发和维护批量化获客渠道，设计标准化、可复制的批量获客与转化流程，牵头推动批量获客项目从试点到全行推广的全过程；
- 熟悉当地市场，深入研究重庆本地经济环境、产业结构、政策导向及客户需求，定期输出市场分析报告并制定差异化的区域业务发展策略。 任职资格

### 教育及经验
- 本科及以上学历，5年以上银行零售信贷或普惠金融业务经验，具备丰富的重庆本地市场资源与实操经验者优先;

### 专业知识
- 精通个人信贷及小微企业信贷产品，熟悉信贷业务流程、风险管理基本逻辑及相关监管政策;

### 资源整合与项目管理能力
- 擅长整合内外部资源，推动复杂项目落地，出色的沟通与协调能力。
