## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责寿险渠道产品的规划和设计，确保产品符合市场需求;
- 协调内部资源，推动产品开发和上线;
- 负责产品推广和市场活动，提升产品知名度和销售转化率;
- 收集和分析用户反馈，持续优化产品功能和用户体验;
- 跟踪产品销售数据和市场表现，定期撰写分析报告，为决策提供支持; 任职资格
- 工作地点在万州区;
- 具备1-3年相关工作经验;
- 具备产品经理或相关岗位经验，熟悉寿险渠道和销售支持工作;
