## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责批量获客和直营拓客；
- 负责进行相关贷款业务经办承接和贷后管理，聚焦商机营销、存量客户经营和贷后服务，包括意向客户挖掘转化、业务经办承接，落实存量客户的贷后服务和贷后管理，提升存量客户续借复贷和综合服务；
- 负责日常业务的跟进和推动，达成KPI指标，提高综合收益；
- 落实合规及风险管理工作要求，确保业务合法合规，风险有效防控。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 原则上应具有 1 年以上相关工作经验，业务资源丰富；
- 具有较强的市场营销能力；
- 具有良好的职业道德，无不良信用记录；
- 具有较强的抗压能力。
