## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责数据库服务的可用性提升、性能优化、故障诊断、容量设计，以及数据库平台建设；
- 负责数据库高可用架构设计和落地，制定数据库的运维、开发及安全规范；
- 研究数据库行业前沿技术并应用，参与公司数据库技术演进与迭代；
- 为研发人员提供数据库技术咨询，结合业务场景设计合理的数据选型方案，并提供相应数据库培训； 任职资格
- 计算机相关专业，本科及以上学历；
- 有3年以上的OB、MySQL、Redis等中间件的运维经验；
- 精通数据库原理，具有丰富的生产管理和性能优化经验，具有很强的故障定位和问题解决能力；
- 有数据库运维平台（Golang）开发经验者优先；
- 极强的工作责任心，良好的团队协作精神，优秀的表达和沟通能力。
