## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责家庭医生运营体系的完善和优化，通过分层策略实现精细化运营，提升激活量及各项服务使用率
- 能够针对不同客户设计差异化的运营策略，整体提升平台医患群体的活跃度和留存率，积极有效地推动运营活动和产品改进
- 对数据敏感，善于复盘打法，不断优化改进，达成业务目标 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，具有5年以上互联网医疗业务运营经验
- 逻辑思维清晰，具有良好的语言文字表达能力，善于总结和分享，有项目规划和把控能力
- 对用户洞察/消费新理/渠道分层运营有比较深度的理解和思考，目标驱动力强，出色的内外部沟通协作能力
- 优秀的数据分析能力，擅于从数据中挖掘机会点并进行策略制定和落地
- 具有良好的资源整合及项目管理能力，能够推动内外部资源共同完成工作
