## Job description

岗位职责
- 根据公司团体业务发展需要，配合直线主管推动队伍转型升级
- 负责参与前线队伍调研，并能根据信息收集，数据整理等分析现状，定位问题，形成举措方案并推动落地
- 负责参与前线队伍的人员招聘管理，包括岗位职责清单、岗位画像、招聘SOP规范、人力配置标准的梳理完善，日常面试支持等
- 负责参与前线队伍的培养体系化搭建，并能根据培训需求完成课程研发设计、培训课程落地等工作
- 直线主管交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科或以上学历，3年以上工作经验，金融、保险、经济、管理、人力资源等专业
- 有金融保险、医疗健康相关行业，集团或公司总部招聘培训管理工作经验者优先
- 具备良好的工作习惯和价值认同，讲究工作效率，有较强的推动执行力
- 逻辑条理清晰，具备数据分析能力和报告撰写能力，动手能力强
- 目标感和责任感强，并能承受较高强度的工作压力。
