## Job description

岗位职责
- 研究公开市场各类债券产品的发行情况，各类机构的资金状况与投资要求；
- 负责银行间、交易所、北金所等市场中投资机构的营销渠道拓展及客户关系维护；
- 负责上述市场中债务融资工具、企业债、公司债、债权融资计划等产品的销售工作；
- 结合市场销售情况，协助进行各债券类产品的方案设计及部分承做工作;
- 协助进行债券发行的后续管理以及存续期管理工作。 任职资格
- 本科（含）以上学历，经济、金融、会计等相关专业优先；

### 工作经验要求
- 具有2年及以上银行、证券、基金、信托、资管公司等金融产品销售岗位工作经历；
- 熟悉各类债券产品的基本特点、销售流程、发行对象，了解相关法律、法规和政策；
- 具备良好的职业操守、责任心强、市场敏锐度高、开拓能力强;
- 拥有金融机构客户关系资源者优先，并可适当放宽条件。
