## Job description

岗位职责
- 拓展维护新老客户，挖掘分析客户需求，为企业客户提供合理化员工保险福利保障方案建议，帮助企业健全员工福利体系；
- 挖掘客户需求包括补充医疗、高端医疗、企业年金等，提供相关咨询服务；
- 对企业客户实施拜访、方案设计、报价管理与后续服务等工作；
- 依托平安集团综合金融平台优势，为企业及个人客户提供一站式综合金融和医疗健康服务。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，金融、保险、市场营销等专业优先；特别优秀者可放宽至大专学历；
- 性格外向，有一定的抗压能力；
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力，优秀的产品销售和服务能力，团队协作精神。
- 有1年以上金融销售工作经验优先，优秀应届毕业生亦可考虑。
