## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责开发和维护团体客户关系;
- 制定并执行团体业务销售计划;
- 完成团体业务销售目标;
- 协调公司内部资源，解决客户问题;
- 分析市场动态，提出业务发展建议;
- 定期拜访客户，维护良好合作关系; 任职资格
- 具备保险行业团体业务相关工作经验;
- 熟悉保险产品及团体业务销售流程;
- 具备良好的沟通能力和谈判技巧;
- 能够带领团队完成销售目标;
- 持有相关保险从业资格证书;
