## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责组织当地各级政府、相关部门、乡镇沟通汇报；
- 负责区域内承保前组织动员工作，包括保前验标、风勘报告等工作；
- 负责辖内机构、协办人员队伍专业化培训，提升农险专业服务能力。 任职资格
- 大专及以上学历，持C驾驶证；
- 具备较强的沟通表达能力和服务意识；
- 熟悉国家相关农险承保政策，有相关岗位从业经验者优先。
