## Job description

岗位职责
- 统筹开展公司准备金计量和预算工作，进行准备金模型和参数管理；
- 统筹交易对手和投资资产集中度管理，授信限额监测；
- 牵头偿二代市场风险和信用风险管理工作，分析和提交全面风险管理的相关指标；
- 参与集团投资风险管理要求落实协调工作；
- 牵头完善上述工作涉及的系统平台模块;
- 公司交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 了解金融、投资业务运作相关的风险管理知识和法律法规；
- 掌握一定风险管理工具，有数据分析能力；
- 具有1-3年左右投资风控相关工作经验，有量化风控相关经验优先；
- 拥有CFA、FRM、CPA等专业资质认证者，优先。
