## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责项目新租工作，完成客户带看、谈判、签约、入驻；
- 负责渠道关系维护，包含政府关系、代理关系等；
- 负责制定租赁策略，价格体系，并落地执行；
- 负责招商数据的统计、分析，定期上报各类系统、并整理成为汇报材料。
- 完成领导交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，专业不限；
- 具备较强的招商能力，熟悉各类渠道，具备良好的客户谈判技巧；
- 具备较好的沟通能力，能够做好客户关系维护；
- 能够梳理使用各类系统、Office等办公软件，定期完成信息汇总填报。
