## Job description

岗位职责 1．业务部管理责任人，负责业务部发展规划、整体经营、客户经营、成本管理、营销策略和有组织销售。 2．销售队伍的发展规划、管理和培养。 3．开展业务部文化建设和合规管理工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历
- 具备销售一线 3 年及以上管理工作经验
- 原则上年龄40岁以下，特别优秀者可适当放宽
- 具备谈判能力、行业策略分析、客户需求洞察力、良好的市场敏感度
