## Job description

岗位职责
- 参与搭建部门项目管理体系，制定项目全生命周期管控流程、标准与模板，全流程督办机制；
- 进行部门重点项目全流程管理，包括立项评审、进度追踪、风险预警、资源协调、复盘总结，保障项目按时按质交付；
- 撰写部门规划报告及专项汇报，有效呈现部门整体工作；

### 统筹部门品宣工作
- 制定部门宣传规划、 撰写及把关部门内外部宣传材料，对接办公室及外部宣传资源，有效进行内外部宣传。 任职资格

### 结构化思维突出
- 擅长规划统筹，具备清晰的逻辑拆解与体系化思考能力，咨询背景、战略PMO经验优先；

### 业务学习热情饱满
- 对部门核心业务有深度探索意愿，主动学习项目管理方法论、行业先进实践，快速适配业务迭代与管理升级需求，抗压能力强；

### 沟通协调能力优秀
- 善于沟通协调，可高效联动跨科室、跨部门资源推动工作；

### 品宣文案功底扎实
- 拥有成熟的文字功底，擅长提炼工作价值。
