## Job description

岗位职责 （1）制定新能源新势力发展规划，对各项指标、业绩达成负责； （2）聚焦新能源重点品牌（比亚迪+直营品牌）客户经营； （3）围绕客户经营，研究新能源发展趋势，匹配创新客户经营模式； （4）搭建新能源车生态，借助“保险+服务”与客户开展深度合作，提升B端客户运营能力，增强客户黏性； （5）负责业务部其它相关工作。 任职资格 （1）要求本科及以上学历； （2）保险行业/新能源行业三年以上销售及管理经验优先； （3）具有较强的统筹规划能力、业务公关能力、市场策划能力、组织协调能力。
