## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责二级分行日常经营管理工作，负责组织推动二级分行各项业务营销工作，落实业务考核计划，完成各项业务指标；
- 根据总分行发展战略、业务经营规划以及地区金融形势的变化，组织制定二级分行全年及阶段性工作计划，并组织、协调、督促工作计划的实施与落实；
- 对二级分行各线业务风险进行控制和把关，保证各项业务合规开展；
- 统筹做好二级分行案件防控、安全保卫、消保等工作，同时对接人行、监管等机构，贯彻合规及风险控制要求；
- 统筹做好二级分行人才培养及企业文化建设等工作；
- 完成上级行及条线分配的其他工作任务。 任职资格

### 学历
- 本科及以上学历；

### 经验
- 具备5年及以上金融行业从业经验；

### 专业
- 具备较丰富的银行对公或零售业务从业经验，具有较为丰富的属地资源者优先；
- 原则性强，具有较强的敬业精神以及较好的逻辑思维、团队管理和沟通协调能力；善于学习和接受新事物，敢于创新和挑战；
- 无严重违规违纪及不良从业记录；符合平安银行亲属回避政策。
